Attention York Mills Hockey Club families,
YMHC has just been advised by the GTHL that the launch of the new HCR 3.0 registration system has been delayed due to technical issues within the HCR system. We are very frustrated with this delay and apologize for any inconvenience.
At the direction of the GTHL we have temporarily disabled registration for the 2021 season.
When the HCR has fixed their technical issues and the GTHL has advised us that the system is set and ready to go we will provide you with an updated launch date. We have been advised that this delay maybe take as long as 2 weeks.
For those of you that have preregistered but did not formally register before we deactivated the registration system, please be assured that your spot is guaranteed.
For those of you that preregistered and formally registered before we deactivated the system, your registration is also guaranteed but we are unable to verify the status of your formal registration until we receive further communications from the GTHL about the scope and impact of their technical issues within the HCR system.
Thanks for your patience and understanding during this transition.
