YMHC Learn-to-Play Program
Our Learn To Play Hockey program is the perfect way for young children to learn the basics of hockey in a safe and fun environment.
Our professional instructors will help your child develop skills and techniques that will prepare them for our community House League or competitive hockey programs.

YMHC House League Program
There's no better way to get involved in your community and stay connected to the game than by joining one of YMHC's House League teams.
Our House League program is a fun, safe and inclusive hockey program that is open to players of all ages and skill levels. Our carefully constructed teams ensure balanced competition, while additional weekly/biweekly skills sessions help young players maximize their development.
- Fun, safe, and inclusive hockey program open to players of all ages and skill levels
- U7/U8 one game and one practice per week
- U9/U10/U11/U12/U13/U14 one game per week and one practice alternating weeks
- U15/U16/U17/U18 one game per week
- Evaluations are used to create teams that offer balanced competition, readjusting when required
- Skill levels are accommodated for with separate lines.

YMHC Select Hockey Program
The York Mills Hockey Club provides an opportunity for players to compete at a high level and develop the skills necessary to play competitive hockey.
Our teams are chosen from players in our house league, and we take pride in the determination, skill and sportsmanship of our players. With dedicated volunteer coaches and team staff, we are able to provide a positive hockey experience that prepares players for future competition.
- Provides an opportunity to compete and develop skills
- Additional ice time provided for tryouts and weekly practices
- Provides exhibition games with NYHL teams and outside competition
- NYHL league games from mid-October through to the end of February
- Playoff round beginning March through the end of April
- Tournament opportunities throughout the year

YMHC Rep GTHL Program
The York Mills Hockey Club provides an opportunity for our community's more advanced players seeking a high level of competitive play, to represent YMHC in the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL).
Through weekly practices and games against top-tier opponents, your child will develop their skills to the fullest potential. We believe that by challenging our players, they will not only improve their game but also have a ton of fun in the process!
