House League Schedule: The proposed house league schedule is now posted. Much time and consideration has been put into making the schedule for the 2022-23 season. However, please note that the schedule is subject to change based on final registrations. We will do everything possible to keep the game and practice days as currently posted on YMHC.ca.

House League Fees: In recognition of the challenges resulting from COVID-19, YMHC advises that registration fees across all house league programs continues to be reduced.

For the 2023-2024 season, provided you register before June 30, 2023 the YMHC house league fees are as follows:

Returning Players Registered by May 1 Early Bird until June 30 Regular Fees after July 1st
House League U7 to U14 $675 $700 $750
House League U15 to U18 (no practice) $550 $575 $600

Current player registration for next season will only be guaranteed for next season during the week re-registration period between May 2nd to May 8, 2022. If you delay formal registration until after May 8, 2022 your registration with YMHC is not guaranteed and the discounted registration fee will no longer be offered.

Respect in Sport Parent Program: Ontario Hockey Federation mandated that at least one parent / guardian of all players (house league, select and rep) must complete the Respect in Sport Parent Program. This mandate means that players may not participate in any YMHC on ice activity (try-out / practice / game) until this requirement has been completed. In connection with the 2020 / 2021 season this requirement applies only to parents / players who have never previously participated in the GTHL or completed same with YMHC.

YMHC “1” Friend Rule: Players are allowed to request one friend to play on their team. Each friend must also request the other, in order to avoid "daisy chain requests" (e.g. Ally requests Jackson who requests Taylor). This rule is in effect for two reasons: a) to avoid cliques and encourage new friendships, and b) more importantly to ensure proper team balance.
