YMHC “1” Friend Rule: Players are allowed to request one friend to play on their team. Each friend must also request the other, in order to avoid "daisy chain requests" (e.g. Ally requests Jackson who requests Taylor). This rule is in effect for two reasons: a) to avoid cliques and encourage new friendships, and b) more importantly to ensure proper team balance.
Requirement of Parents
Respect in Sport Parent Program: Ontario Hockey Federation mandated that at least one parent / guardian of all players (house league, select and rep) must complete the Respect in Sport Parent Program. This mandate means that players may not participate in any YMHC on ice activity (try-out / practice / game) until this requirement has been completed. Please complete by the end of September 2025.
