On April 2, 2005 Michael and Daniel Lende, sons of 1976/1977 President Stephen J. Lende, established the York Mills Hockey Club Volunteer of the Year Award in connection with our 50th anniversary celebration.

Bruce Magee Award

The Bruce Magee Award is presented annually to the MVP of each division participating in the Championship Weekend game, in honour of Mr. Bruce Magee who provided over 15 years of volunteer service to the York Mills Hockey Club.
